01 Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled at 100% full refund anytime before the order is marked as "Shipped"[cite: 8].
Go to My Account $\rightarrow$ Orders $\rightarrow$ Order Details and click Cancel Order.02 Post-Dispatch Policy
Once an order has been dispatched from our vault, it cannot be cancelled directly in transit[cite: 8]. However, you can refuse package acceptance at delivery, and a refund will be processed upon package return to vault.
03 Store-Initiated Cancellation
Cignet reserves the right to cancel orders under rare conditions[cite: 8]:
- • Unforeseen stock unavailability or hallmarking delays[cite: 8]
- • Payment failure or suspected security authorization flags[cite: 8]
- • Incorrect shipping PIN code coverage[cite: 8]
