- Must include original brand packaging, BIS Hallmark certificate, tags, and tax invoice.

Customized rings or name-engraved pieces cannot be returned.
Altered / Used Products
Items damaged due to wear or resized by external jewelers.
03 Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photo/video proof.
