Glitzy Jewels may offer online payment methods through the payment gateway displayed at checkout. Available methods may vary by order, location, provider availability and other conditions.

Payment status confirmed by the applicable provider and our order system is used for fulfilment. Customers should not share OTPs, PINs, CVVs, passwords or complete card details with Glitzy Jewels support staff.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes. An additional COD charge may apply where displayed at checkout.

COD availability may be restricted for certain products, locations, order values or risk-control reasons. The final availability and charge shown at checkout apply to the order.

An order may remain pending until the payment provider confirms the transaction. A delayed payment page does not necessarily mean that the transaction has failed.

If money has been debited but the order is not confirmed, retain the transaction reference and contact support so the status can be reconciled. Avoid placing repeated orders solely because a payment page appears delayed.

If a payment fails, is reversed, remains pending or appears to have been charged more than once, Glitzy Jewels may verify the transaction with the payment provider and relevant records before taking corrective action.

Banking and payment-gateway processing times may affect when a correction, reversal or refund becomes visible.

Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, COD charges, discounts and other checkout charges will be displayed where applicable.

If an obvious technical, typographical or pricing error affects a transaction, the order may be reviewed and an appropriate correction, cancellation or refund may be provided in accordance with applicable law.

Coupons are promotional benefits subject to the conditions displayed with the applicable coupon. A coupon may require a minimum order value or be limited to selected products, collections, categories or customers.

• Coupons may have validity dates and usage limits.
• Multiple coupons may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
• A coupon may become invalid if its conditions are not satisfied at checkout.
• Coupon value is not a separate cash balance unless expressly stated.

Glitzy Coins are not a bank deposit, interest-bearing account, security or independent cash equivalent. Their use is governed by the applicable Coins terms and the conditions displayed when a benefit is issued or redeemed.

Where checkout supports Coin redemption, eligible Coins may be applied toward an order and the remaining amount may be paid through another available payment method.

• Coins generally remain associated with the eligible customer account and are not transferable.

If an eligible order is cancelled before shipment, Glitzy Coins used on that order may be restored or adjusted according to the cancellation result and applicable promotional terms.

The exact adjustment may depend on whether the cancellation occurs before or after payment confirmation, fulfilment or other transaction stages.

For an eligible return or exchange, the Coins component may be restored, adjusted or reissued according to the final approved resolution.

Where a COD order is eligible for a refund, Glitzy Coins or another store-credit mechanism may be used where communicated and permitted by law. Mandatory legal refund rights remain unaffected.

Glitzy Coins are intended for the account to which they are issued and are generally not transferable, saleable or redeemable for cash. If an expiry period applies, the applicable expiry should be communicated at issuance or through the account.

Any mandatory legal right relating to a refund or stored value remains unaffected by this programme.

Glitzy Jewels may investigate Coins obtained or used through fraud, unauthorised access, coupon manipulation, duplicate accounts, false returns or other prohibited activity.

Where permitted by law, incorrectly credited or fraudulently obtained Coins may be suspended, reversed or adjusted. Genuine benefits will not be removed solely because a customer makes a good-faith support request.

Glitzy Jewels may change the earning, issuance, redemption or promotional rules of the Coins programme for future transactions, subject to applicable law.

Specific terms displayed when a promotion or Coins benefit is issued will continue to guide that benefit to the extent legally applicable.
