These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, customer account features, product browsing, Virtual Try-On, ordering, payment, delivery and after-sales services.

An acknowledgement or automated confirmation does not necessarily mean that Glitzy Jewels has finally accepted the order for fulfilment. We may review stock, address, payment, pricing, serviceability and fraud-prevention considerations before processing.

• Orders may be declined or cancelled where a product is unavailable, the delivery information is materially incomplete, payment cannot be confirmed, or the transaction appears suspicious or affected by an obvious error.

• If an order is cancelled by Glitzy Jewels, the applicable refund or adjustment will be handled according to the payment method and circumstances of the transaction.

Online payments are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Sensitive payment credentials may be handled by the applicable payment service provider rather than being intentionally stored by Glitzy Jewels. COD may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes, with an additional charge where shown.

• If a payment appears failed but money has been debited, retain the transaction reference and contact support rather than repeatedly submitting the same payment.
• Duplicate, reversed or incorrectly charged transactions may be reconciled against payment-provider and bank records.
• Customers must not use another person’s payment instrument without authorisation.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout through available logistics services. Delivery estimates are indicative and can vary by PIN code, courier capacity, holidays and operational conditions.

• Tracking information may be available through the order area or courier updates and may take time to refresh.
• Incorrect or incomplete address or contact information may cause failed delivery or return-to-origin.
• Courier delays, weather, public holidays, transportation disruption, government restrictions or other circumstances may affect delivery.
• Customers should reasonably ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment.

A customer may request cancellation before an order is shipped. Cancellation is subject to the current order status and operational processing stage; a request cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered dispatch or courier processing.

If a cancellation is accepted, any eligible refund or adjustment will be processed according to the applicable payment method, promotional terms and order status. Shipping or other charges that have already been incurred may be treated according to the applicable order terms and law.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the dedicated Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Glitzy Jewels currently provides a 2-calendar-day / 48-hour window from delivery for eligible requests. The current policy supports the complete order only; partial return or partial exchange is not currently available.

Coupons and promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the applicable offer. Offers may have minimum order values, validity dates, product or category restrictions, usage limits or other eligibility requirements.

Glitzy Coins: 10 Glitzy Coins = ₹1. Glitzy Coins are promotional/store-credit units associated with eligible customer accounts. They are not a bank deposit or cash deposit and are subject to the applicable Coins terms, including redemption, cancellation, return, expiry if any and misuse rules.

Virtual Try-On is a shopping-assistance feature that may allow customers to preview selected jewellery using their device camera. The preview is an approximation and does not guarantee exact physical size, fit, placement, colour, weight, comfort or final appearance.

Camera permission may be required when the customer chooses to use the feature. The Virtual Try-On & Product Policy and Privacy Policy apply to its use.

Where supported, customers may submit ratings, reviews, photographs or other content. Submitted content should be truthful, lawful and relevant to the customer’s genuine experience.

• Do not submit another person’s personal information without appropriate permission.
• Do not submit confidential information, malware, unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Glitzy Jewels may moderate, remove or decline content that violates applicable rules or is reasonably considered inappropriate.
• Transactional communications such as OTPs, order confirmations and delivery updates may be sent when necessary to provide the service.

The Glitzy Jewels name, logo, trademarks, product photographs, graphics, text, layouts, product descriptions, videos, icons and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to Glitzy Jewels and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised by Glitzy Jewels, you must not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute or commercially exploit website content.
